Sean Shed 258 Pounds Without a Single Salad - That's Fit

Sean Shed 258 Pounds Without a Single Salad - That's Fit

What an inspirational story. For the first time in years, I really feel like I can shed the weight I need to lose! Thank you Sean. "Diets" don't work. I've tried so many. Many "diet plans" have you count calories, but you still have to eat certain foods.

This makes sense. Your whole system makes so much sense. For those of you that need and want to lose weight, read this story and visit Daily Diet of a Winning Loser. I'm going to meditat on this whole start of a new life and start on Monday. Anyone wanting to join in with me is welcome to share as well.

Looking forward to a new healthy lifestyle. One with no more stressing on how "fat" I am. No more feeling lousy. Getting rid of the health issues that come from being over weight!!! Hallelujah!

I understand and totally agree, never have I been a fan of the dieting fads....I learned three years ago, after losing 30 pounds that it's all a matter of will and healthy lifestyle, getting my body moving with a real life plan...like taking a few extra steps. I ride an exercise bike regularly (most weeks)...about three days, only for a matter of twenty minutes or so...drink a lot of water, and much while eating....eat every few hours, something good for me and add a bit more protein to my day, fiber too (but be careful with too much fiber - drink lots of water).

That's how I lost the weight and I didn't even have to stop eating my desserts...just not too much when I do.

Although...to begin with, for my own personal discipline, I did cut out all sweets and greasy foods for the first two weeks. I know that I need to discipline myself, getting a head start in order to stay on track. We're all different, yet all the same :)

Praying the He'll strengthen your self discipline and reliance on Him to continue this lifestyle change, Tammy. I trust that He will be your motivator :)

Love to you!!
