New Blog/Explanation

First off, I would like to introduce you to a new blog. He is a rededicated Christian that has started his own Christian blog. You can go here to visit. He won't be posting every day, only when inspired, but can guarantee you it will be good content.

Also, I've been busy helping my daughter move from a tiny apartment with 7 in the family to a house. The yard had not been kept up there, so hubby & I have been working on that along with helping them move and helping with the kids. Thankfully the two boys are with their mother for now. The baby has been a bit sick as well which makes it even harder. We still have a ways to go, as we've been moving most of it with our van which takes a lot more time. Still a lot of packing to do, and then the cleaning. :( I'm not going to whine though, as they really needed to be in a bigger place.

This is why I have not been posting again. I so miss visiting everyone and conversing with you all, but this is important right now and is where I need to be. By the time we get home at night, I'm whooped and just crash after eating and showering. So I don't even get on here. I hope to be back in the saddle here real soon. I'm sure the rest of this week is going to consist of packing, hauling, and cleaning, so please don't give up on me. I miss and love you all. Hope this finds everyone doing well and happy. I do try to check my mail every other day at least, so if you want to e-mail me, please do. tejrej@gmail.com Would love to hear from you and I do answer my e-mails. ;) So hope to see you all back here soon. I will get on if I get a chance. The only reason for being able to this morning is because I have a chiropractic appt. this morning. Thank heavens, as boy do I ever need that today. This is one time I'm looking forward to it. Hee hee.

You all have a blessed, beautiful week as you are all beautiful brothers and sisters! I have so much to share, I can't wait. So for now, I will leave you with a funny happening, or so we thought it was. Keep in mind, hubby and I have a weird sense of humor. ;)

It all started with "a" roll of toilet paper. Yes you read right. ;) I went to grab my pillow off the bed one night, as it was one of those couch nights cuz the feetzies were hurting and didn't want to keep hubby awake. I heard something hit the floor. Huh? What in the world was that. I take a glance and thought it was a ball, then thought, no, it couldn't be. So I look again and started to giggle, it was a roll of toilet paper.

The next morning, I look at hubby and say, "cute! Love the gift you left me last night and he smirked. So the next night, I find two under my pillow. So I thought okay, I'm going to get you good now. So I take a put one on the mouthwash bottle, q-tip holder, on top the closet door, behind a pair of pants hanging up above his shirts, two tucked under the bedspread next to his pillow, one in each leg of his jeans, and one in his underwear drawer, oh yeah, and one in his nose trimmers bin and one in his shaving kit.

So that night, I find one on each handle of my sink and I get the giggles. Mind you, it's midnight at this point, yes, sometimes I have a hard time going to sleep. So I hurry up and get out of there so as not to wake him. Then I go to get some juice out of the fridge and there is on in the refrigerator. I get to cracking up then. I go to bed--I am on a C-Pap machine for sleep apnea--and there is one on top of my mask. The next morning I find one in my underwear drawer. So then I'm thinking, my gosh, how many more am I going to find. Oh, and I had stuffed one in his laptop bag for work as well.

So the next day, after having found the T.P. in the fridge, I e-mail him: Love it! Fresh cool T.P. to wipe the tushy with. What a grand idea. I think I will share this. Can't wait to try it out.

So this was our way of letting go of stress. Huh, stress? What's that? ;) Actually, we have been working on not letting things get the best of us any more. It's not worth it, and God has always been good to us. Yes, we get handed our trials, but are equipped to know it's for a very good reason even though we may not like it most the time. :) So there you have it, a bit about what oddity we use to amuse ourselves. :O) CYA

New Blog

Just to let you all know, I've started a new blog. It's about parents-kids-living with mental illnesses. It's a discussion blog for anyone that lives with someone with a mental illness as a support system and question answer type thing so that people have a place to go and talk and ask, and hopefully find answers.

This has been a subject very close and dear to my heart. So if you know of anyone that may possibly benefit from this, feel free to pass the link on to them. Thank you.

Oh and thank you Heather once again for a perfect blog skin. Your back grounds are so helpful.
