God's Promises: Sunday

God's Correction; God's Faithfulness; Forgiveness; God's Love; Loving God; God's Protection; Word of God; Growth in Grace; Eternal Life; and Seeking God. From the NKJV

God's Correction: Psalm 94:12-13: "Blessed is the man whom You instruct, O Lord, and teach out of Your law, 13 that you may give him rest from the days of adversity."

God's Faithfulness: Psalm 105:8: "He remembers His covenant forever, the word which He commanded, for a thousand generations."

Forgiveness: Matthew 6:14: "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you."

God's Love: Psalm 146:8: "The Lord opens the eyes of the blind; the Lord raises those who are bowed down; The Lord loves the righteous."

Loving God: John 14:21: "He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him."

God's Protection: 2 Chronicles 16:9: "For the eyes of the Lord run to and from throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. In this you have done foolishly; therefore from now on you shall have wars."

Word of God: 2 Peter 1:19: "And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts."

Growth in Grace: 2 Thessalonians 1:3: "We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is fitting, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of every one of you all abounds toward each other."

External Life: 1 Corinthians15:51-54: " Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed--52 in the moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. for the trumpet will sound and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on in corruption, this mortal must put on immorality. 54 So when this corruptible has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: "Death is swallowed up in victory."
