I love how the Lord puts things into perspective for us. Today Chris had left a comment about CCC where he found Hebrews 13:17 at the end of CCC's faith statement. There it said:

"d. Every believer in Christ must be subject to God’s authority in a specific local church for spiritual protection and long term fruitfulness."

In the NKJV it reads:

"17Obey your leaders and submit tothem, for they keep watch over your souls as those who will give an account, so that they can do this with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you."

Our Pastor talks on this very subject often, and it all makes sense. All too often we tend to falter on this very message. But God's faithfulness always seems to pull us through and wake us up. Okay, that's not quite worded right, but hopefully you all get the jest of what I'm trying to say.
Simply Put, God is Awesome in All Things!

Oh I forgot to comment on this when I first read it coz it was a wonderful revelation for me. So I'm really glad I was able to read it while I was making a decision about something. hehehe! Am I so secretive? hehehe!

So if you want your followers to submit to you, you must submit to your leaders, as well. That's what I've learned in my walk as a Christian.

Okay this is not my blog so no preachings. hahaha! I LOVE your posts! I am definitely catching up so slow down a bit with posting. hahaha! just kidding!

You make me smile hon! I always love your comments. You have great insight to share and always have good information to add. So comment away and preach away! I love it! You're a beautiful woman in the Lord, and I'm sure He's smiling down on you, happy with all that you are doing in His name. God Bless you sweet sister.
